QAI’s extensive inventory tracking system enables its receiving department to alert quality assurance if a part has been previously repaired at their facility and what aircraft the part was removed from. This process helps identify possible problems elsewhere on the aircraft or if there is a repetitive problem with a specific unit.
QAI’s QA department takes pride in exceeding all industry and regulatory requirements. Our QA Director has over 40 years experience in running airline repair shops and 145 repair stations. Our QA department can help you with many quality issues including component reliability, trend analysis, rogue unit alerts, A/C system failure , and NFF removals. QA constantly monitors incoming units, checking for aircraft and component repeats and notifies the customer when applicable.
