QAI Announces Public Release of Company Video
(McKeesport, PA, March 29, 2013) Quality Aviation Instruments, Inc. (QAI) is pleased to announce the public release of their company video which was filmed by Branding Iron Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations in February 2013.
The video made its official debut at the 2013 Heli-Expo in Las Vegas, NV on March 5th with an overwhelming positive response and now QAI plans to release the video onto their website (www.qai.aero) and social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter.
“This short 5 minute film is an opportunity for us to open our doors to the world and showcase QAI’s exceptional customer service, repair shops, and employees” said QAI’s Director of Marketing & Procurement , Kris Cardiff. ”We provide service on a global level and this video will allow the viewer, from five miles or five thousand miles away, to take a virtual tour of our facilities and see what sets us apart from everyone else.”
QAI has plans to move to a much larger facility this year and expects to produce a new video introducing the new headquarters sometime in 2014.

Heli-Expo 2013 – Las Vegas
We had a great time at Heli-Expo last week in Las Vegas! QAI was able to debut its official company video and new booth backdrop:

From Monday when we spent most of our time setting up our 10×20 booth in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center until Thursday evening when we disassembled and crated it to be shipped home, we were non-stop. Our mornings and afternoons were spent meeting current and new customers along with catching up with old friends during the convention hours. In the evening, we would enjoy some of Las Vegas’ finest dining and take in the bright lights of the city with friends, vendors, and customers.
It was a wonderful experience and it was terrific meeting and talking to everyone that we could. We look forward to doing more next year in Anaheim! Hope to see you there!

Lights, Camera…
Recently we took up a new marketing project – a company video. This video will be debuted at our Heli-Expo booth next month. Branding Iron Advertising spent two days filming various segments of our shops at both our McKeesport and Monaca locations. A few of us even have speaking roles on the video. The video is currently in production and we are anxious to see the final product! Here’s a few pictures of the filming:

QAI Attends Dubai Helishow
Happy Holidays from QAI! November was so busy for us that we were unable to put together a newsletter! QAI’s President Bob Sieber, 
Vice President Mike Sieber, and Director of International Sales Arnold Lowe traveled to the United Arab Emirates for the biennial Dubai Helishow. The Helishow was a success and the guys were able to talk face to face with many of our overseas customers. At QAI we strive to build personal relationships with our customers so this was definitely a wonderful opportunity for us!

We have already begun preparations to make this upcoming HAI Heli-Expo in Las Vegas, NV the best ever! We look forward to seeing many of our old friends and meeting new ones! QAI will be an exhibitor at the 5th edition of the Dubai Helishow on November 6th to 8th 2012 at its new venue, the Grand Stand, Meydan Hotel, Meydan Racecourse, Dubai. The Dubai Helishow is the Middle East’s one and only elite trade exhibition for all key players in the helicopter industry.
Attending the show is important because QAI already holds a strong presence in the Middle East and Asia due to Arnold Lowe, QAI’s International Sales & Service representative, who resides in Dubai.

QAI Employees Attend Discover 2012 Conference
Discover 2012, held in Atlantic City, NJ from September 24th through the 26th, was a two day international business conference designed to help U.S. businesses take advantage of established and emerging export opportunities. Discover 2012 featured high ranking U.S. government officials, U.S. commercial diplomats posted at U.S. embassies abroad, international business leaders from the private sector, trade related topic experts and visiting foreign buyers from Central America and the United Arab Emirates.

August was another great month at QAI! Our Director of Sales could be seen with a few customers in Colorado playing a round of golf at the beautiful Arrowhead Golf Club. Though being a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Skip Cook quickly forgot that the Denver Broncos took the Steelers out of the playoffs last season when he met a new friend on the course. In the end, you know what they always say: “A bad day of golf is better when cheerleaders are involved.” I’m sure someone has said that.

QAI President Donates to Local VA
(McKeesport, PA – August 22, 2012) QAI received a letter of appreciation for a recent donation made towards VA Butler Healthcare, a veteran’s affairs organization that serves over 18,000 veterans in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. VA Butler Healthcare provides primary care, behavioral health, specialized extended care, physical rehabilitation medicine, and residential substance abuse treatment. The facility operates 60 nursing home beds, 10 compensated work therapy, and 56 domiciliary beds. The outpatient programs generate approximately 125,000 visits per year.
